FREE PUBLIC EVENT: FIRST-EVER OREGON CLE – Sex Work in Oregon: Mapping Current Laws, Reform Efforts, and the Future
This is a digital event, Thursday, May 21, 2026 3:30–5 p.m. Every Oregon attorney must attend learning sessions to keep their license credible. This is the first ever CLE regarding the topic of Sex Work in Oregon: Mapping Current Laws, Reform Efforts, and the Future.
The program is free and is open to both attorneys and non-attorneys but registration is required.
Registered attorney attendance is worth 1.5 General CLE credits (pending)
Attorneys Kaci Hohmann and Dave Kopilak will discuss: (1) Oregon’s current laws relating to sex work; (2) recent efforts to change Oregon’s laws; (3) recent developments and efforts in other States concerning sex work; and (4) what the future might hold in Oregon. There will be ample time for a Q&A discussion with attendees.
